We cannot guarantee that every day will be sunny. Cape weather can be unpredictable and change very quickly so cancellations will be made just prior to the cruise. We will cancel for rain, thunder, and lightning in the area and high winds. We cruise in light fog and mist. Our captains are very experienced and understand local weather. Therefore, cancellation is at the sole discretion of the captain just prior to the cruise. Please consider your reservation upheld unless you speak to us directly. If we cancel (for any reason) and cannot re-schedule you, we will refund 100% of your reservation. Please be aware that there is no cover or cabin on our boats. For the health and safety of all of our passengers, please apply sunscreen before you board the boat.
-
We suggest that you arrive a half hour prior to your scheduled departure. The captain loads the boat approximately 10 minutes prior to departure and the boat departs at the scheduled departure time. Leave yourself some cushion for heavy summer traffic, traffic delays, and pre-departure bathroom stops, etc. There is a porta potti at the dock as there is no bathroom on our boats. There will be NO refund and NO re-schedule if you arrive late and miss your scheduled departure . We cannot hold the boat for you. We have multiple trips scheduled daily and keeping a strict schedule ensures that all reservations are honored in a timely fashion.
-
There are no age restrictions on our daytime cruises, on our evening cruises ages eight and up only. However, we do suggest that infants are brought in a carrier or are worn in a sling by an adult. We also suggest that toddlers are not brought during nap or dinner time. Those with mobility issues should be aware that they will need to walk down a ramp to a floating dock and step into the vessel. Please be aware that this a boat cruise and you should be physically able to handle small choppy waves and sea spray.
-
We suggest that you bring sunglasses, a light jacket or sweatshirt, and sunscreen—please apply before boarding. Soft soled shoes are recommended. We regret that we do not have the space for large coolers, personal size soft sided coolers preferred. We provide life jackets for all children under 12 (who are required to wear them by law—no exceptions) and we have them available for adults as well should you want one.

Tipping is a personal choice, but our captains always appreciate a gratuity.
