PRIVATE CRUISE CANCELLATION POLICY

• We offer a 50% refund if cancellation is made after your reservation has been confirmed but prior to 48 hours before scheduled departure. Entire payment is forfeited if cancellation is made within 48 hours of departure time.
• 100% refund if the Captain cancels due to weather or other issues and we cannot re-schedule your cruise.
• A reduction in passenger count will not result in a reduction of the contracted price for your cruise. You may, however, add passengers if the cruise will accommodate them for the per passenger fee.
